- 1kg chicken nibbles
- 6 garlic cloves, crushed
- ½ cup soy sauce
- ¼ cup brown sugar

- Add the garlic, soy sauce and brown sugar to a saucepan, and heat through until the brown sugar has melted.
- Pour over the chicken nibbles and leave to marinate (overnight if possible).
- Place the chicken nibbles on a large baking tray, lined with non-stick paper.
- Cook in the oven at 180°C for 20-25 mins – until the chicken is fully cooked and the nibbles have started to brown and caramelise on the outside.
